Rainbow Cloud Craft Printable

This is a nice craft to do with younger children and helps them develope their fine motor skills, through colouring and cutting. And they can learn the colours of the rainbow and their order.

It is super easy to create, requiring only a few materials and our free printable template (get it at the end of this post). It can be used for a variety of learning themes, for example summer fun, the seaside, the weather or St. Patricks Day.

You can use this free printables for homeschooling, parties, playdates, libraries, and with your classroom’s early finishers.

Materials To Make a Rainbow Cloud

• Rainbow Cloud Craft Template (get it here or at the end of this post)
• Thick white paper or card stock.
• Printer
• Coloring pencils, markers, or crayons
• Scissors
• Tape (optional)
• String (optional)

How To Make A Rainbow Cloud

1. Print the rainbow cloud template on to the white paper or cardstock.

2. Let the kids colour in the rainbow stripes and the cloud.

3. Cut along the outside edge, all around the rainbow and cloud.

4. Cut up along the dotted lines in the rainbow, stopping at they reach the cloud.

5. Cut a piece of string to create a loop and tape it to the back of the cloud.

Your rainbow cloud is complete! Hang them up in your window for everyone to see.
